TruckBridge Recruiting (“TruckBridge”, “we”) connects CDL drivers with trucking companies (“carriers”) and runs SHIFT UP, a free benefits program for drivers. This policy explains what we collect on truckbridgerecruiting.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- From drivers: name, mobile number, email, ZIP code, city and state, preferred language, CDL class, years of experience, endorsements and certifications, veteran status (optional), job preferences (driver type, freight, regions, home time, shift and pay) and the number of accidents and moving violations in the last 3 years.
- From carriers: company name, MC and DOT numbers, contact details and the details of the drivers you need.
- Consent records: when you agree to receive text messages, we store the consent wording you saw, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type.
- Website use: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. We also record which step of our forms a visitor reaches, without names or contact details.
We do not ask for your sex, date of birth or age.
How we use it
- To match drivers with jobs that fit the preferences they chose, and to contact them about those jobs.
- To run SHIFT UP, including lessons, certificates and rewards such as referral gift cards.
- To answer carriers’ driver requests and service questions.
- To keep our site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
When we share it
- With carriers: only after you say yes to a specific job, and only the profile details that job needs.
- With service providers that run our website, database and email (Netlify, Supabase and Resend). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. Reply HELP for help.
- To see, correct or delete your information, email contact@truckbridgerecruiting.com. We answer within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep driver and carrier records while we work with you and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep consent records for 5 years to show that we had permission to text you.
Security
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only our team can access it.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We post any changes on this page and update the date above.
